Pitch Line Drive System
Our new Millennium Bottle Fillers are designed with a pitch line roller gear drive, which uses no idlers or intermediate devices for power transmission.  The direct drive with its simple helical gear-to-gear design maintains perfect timing, heightens efficiency and reduces wear and noise.  The drive is fitted with an a.c. electrical motor and operated by a frequency inverter for smooth supply of power during acceleration, deceleration, stops and starts.

Advanced Simplified Design for High Production
Our new Millennium Bottle Fillers are simple in design, construction and operation.  We give you more filler-with fewer parts, meaning lower operating costs and required maintenance.  We fill faster by raising the bottle in the star-wheel and stabilizing it with the centering bell, resulting in more active valves for fill time and excellent bottle control. 

Closures: Cappers and Crowners
Our Millennium Fillers are designed to allow a wide variety of closure options to meet any specific need.  All of the closures are pitch matched for superior bottle handling.  A capper and crowner can be mounted on a mono-block base for both glass and P.E.T. applications.  Cappers for plastic or aluminum caps use cap in head system with latest magnetic chuck and centrifugal hopper for cap transfer.  Crowners are supplied with heavy duty crowning heads, segmented crown throats for uniform crown pressing and centrifugal hopper for positive crown control.

Operator and Control Panel
We have designed a simplified operator panel with easy to read indicators mounted on a rotary arm for ease of operation.  The remote main Programmable Logic Control panel with Inverter and PLC is connected to the operator panel by communication cable and with the facility of a modem link for trouble shooting and filler monitoring.
